Barrier Free Plus

They installed grab bars in my shower, which went fine. They replaced my shower door incorrectly and it leaks like a sieve. I have been waiting seven months for them to fix this and they promise to come out but do not! When they do come they look it over and promise to come back but do not! They advertise standing behind their work but they do not!! I frequently hear them on the radio touting how much they care for their customers. Not! Such a slipshod job on my shower door it looks like it was installed by a child. Total mess!

They have not started my project yet. Bad weather.

They came out right away, gave me a detailed estimate with a drawing, then when they built the ramp they were there on time and just went to work. They are very professional.

It is challenging enough needing a ramp. Joe Nichols and his team take away any worries. From the initial visit to the last bolt, you sense their confidence and integrity. Joe cares about people as much as he cares about his product. The finished product is beautiful.

Communication between Joe and us was excellent. He answered emails and phone calls very quickly. The workers were dependable and friendly and did a good job putting the ramp up.
