"A team of 5 came the day after I hired Gray’s to remove an aging magnolia tree and its stump, trim another magnolia, a lilac and a forsythia, and remove overgrown greenery encroaching on my backyard from the park behind my house. It took about an hour and I was quoted $1800 with a $100 discount for cash. This team did not remove the stump and fill in the hole with dirt and sod within 2-3 days as written on the work order. They told me to hold back $200 to be paid upon completion of the work. No one came to complete the stump removal. After a week I texted, emailed and called (left a voice message). No response. "Starting on September 11 removed old driveway put in crushed concrete rolled it on September 12 came back put in more crushed concrete, which wasn’t in the contract I had to pay extra money for poured asphalt rolled it with a roller sealed coated the driveway got over spray on my garage on the vinyl siding charged me $1,500.00 for the extra crushed concrete and the sealant of the driveway, which wasn’t in the contract got sealant my grass left crushed concrete in the grass along the side of the driveway the truck was leaking got diesel fuel or oil on my Street and then they left and when it rained, I had puddles of water in my new driveway because the driveway is not level it is in the middle of the driveway which caused water to puddle up leave big puddles of standing water I contacted him. They said they would come out. They never did come out and then other times I contacted them. They just never returned, text or calls"

We live in the woods & have a 1000ft driveway that winds by a pond, up a hill, past our barn, & ends up in a circular drive in front of the house. Debbie, from Asphalt Express, explained that they could do millings on the drive through the woods & then asphalt from the barn to the house. Everything was explained thoroughly, they worked with us budget wise, & even checked back with us a couple of times after the project was done to make sure we were happy & see if we had any questions. The owner & his crew were so nice & wanted to make sure they worked around my rocks in the driveway to my satisfaction. They did a great, slightly sloping, apron at the barn, too.
