Paid Gibson's $100 to look at TV and the tech thought it could be repaired if he returned it to the shop. The tech at shop said that repairing the TV with "no picture or audio" would be too costly and go buy a new set. It sounded like they never plugged the TV in. I was able to repair it myself by purchasing 2 new control panels from the internet. for another $100.

Overall these guys are well worth the super long drive. they do have service vehicles and will come to you. Just try to be as descriptive as possible over the phone as the details matter the most.

MY EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMPANY HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD. I HAVE A LARGE PROJECTION TV THAT NEEDS A LOT OF MAINTENANCE AND THIS COMPANY COMES ON THE DAY THAT I CALL FOR ANY PROBLEMS, I THINK THAT THEY ARE PROMPT AND FRIENDLY.
