"Their quality of work was great......As far as their customer service...I have another small deck that I need refinishing but wasn't ready while they were doing the large deck and stairs. I had new metal railings and post sleeves installed. I have repeatedly called and left messages with no callback. I did get through once but and spoke to Jake but he never touched base with me again. Also they say that a $25 gas card will be given to a paid in full job. The job was paid and no gas card. They said it would be mailed. I'm still waiting...Overall they did a good job but their customer service could be better."

"We had new countertops and a sink installed in April 2024 through Costco, with MKD handling the installation. We paid over $6,500 for the job. Just 14 months later, we walked into our kitchen to find the sink had completely fallen?due to failed adhesive and the fact that MKD never used the mounting clips that came with the sink. I contacted MKD and sent photos as requested. Days went by with no response. When I followed up, they admitted they had ?overlooked? the photos and promised to call back that afternoon. They never did. After another follow-up, they informed me the installation was only covered under a one-year warranty and that I would need to pay a $500 service fee just to have the sink reattached. Our sink is now literally being held up by 2x4s. This issue could have been avoided with proper installation and could easily be resolved with a quick visit but MKD refuses to take responsibility. "This is a small, owner-operated business with diligent and trustworthy support employees. Kevin communicated with us regularly and was clear in his explanations. His estimate included minor repairs to siding. Where he noted defects (mostly due to aging) he pointed them out and even took some pictures to clarify what was wrong. He caulked areas, prior to painting, that should have been taken care of by the original builder. We chose a rather bold color to be applied to vinyl siding. He took the time and effort to make sure that shifting of the siding would have a minimal impact on the final appearance. His final invoice was more than fair considering the quality of his work. His attention to detail was incredible! He was easy to work with and we can't recommend him highly enough."

"Dan Molnar tested me shortly after I messaged through Angie's list. Very courteous. Within a few days i had a quote that was better than I had expected. A little over 4 weeks later and everything is done and to a level of quality that honestly exceeded my expectations. The crew who did the concrete were polite and professional, the slab is smooth (they apologized for it not being better- the weather wasn't great but it looks perfect to me) and they cleaned up everything- including excess concrete piles. Their carpenter built custom doors for the previously unfinished and irregular entrance and they are of very good quality down to the hardware. I have dealt with many contractors before and without exaggeration this is the best company I have ever dealt with. I recommend them highly."
