Some of the uniqueness of the project was the process itself.  Often a project that can take you out of your routine can feel cumbersome and annoying, I was relieved and pleased to not have those issues.  The following provides you some reasons as to why Innovative Builders are different.
Truly Innovative - Nothing I did was the norm and everything I dreamt up they figured out how to do it better than I could even articulate!
Professional - From day 1, the walk through was thorough, the estimate easy to understand and transparent, the team was well mannered and easy to trust in my home all day long by themselves (with my three dogs to boot!)
RESPONSIVE - I never went without daily even hourly updates.  all questions answered in a timely manner.  Often anything I saw was caught by Jushade and fixed before I even mentioned it.  He'd even send me pictures during the day to help make decisions necessary to keep the project on time.
Efficient - I felt like they earned every penny and then some.  What they estimated was the final cost.  No debate.  Just simple and straight forward. 
Final Result - Not a thing I'd change.  Everything came out wonderful and was painless - and I'd even say fun!

I was really excited to work with Jushade, Eric and their crew on the construction of my new home.  We met several times to discuss the plans and scope of work.  They did a marvelous job on framing my home.  We had multiple delays in the construction of my home that affected the time line, none of which was the fault of Innovative Builders.  Delays with Banks, excavators and foundation companies pushed the framing start date out a couple months into December.  Then the snow started coming with blistery cold winds and below 0 temps all winter long.  It was extremely frustrating for all parties involved to say the least.

Every day these guys showed up to frame my home unless it was too windy or cold.  We had to shovel out the main floor of the house every time it snowed, scrape ice off the decking, uncover all the snow from the wood bundles each day and they even had to  frame in a 3 car garage that had a 10 foot deep hole in 2/3rds of it because the excavator never came back to finish before all the snow hit.

Through all the chaos of last winter, Innovative Builders managed to finish and do a top notch job for me and my family.  The interior trim work that Jushade did was fabulous.  All my interior wood work was stain grade maple and cherry.  There is no room for error with fitting miter joints and seams when staining wood.  Nice and tight and looks great!  Jushade also taught and helped me install some of my interior doors and cabinets.

Great job!  Would definitely use again and recommend!

Eric came out and did the estimate about a week and half before he and his partner came to preform the work.  He was prompt and very professional.  Most importantly he made me feel comfortable.  In the past when I had a builder or contractor out to give an estimate they have made me feel like I don't know what I am doing and/or talking about because I am a woman.  Eric never made me feel that way the whole time I worked with him.  We are getting ready to put our house for sale and we needed a few things done to our partially finished basement.  The previous owners tried to finish the basement their self and cut a few corners in doing so.  Eric suggested a few inexpensive ways to fix these issues and make the basement look like a million dollars.  We will SO use Innovative Builders in the future.  Thank you so much for your hard work and making our home look amazing!

We were in a bind. Initially we went through Lowes to try to get these doors installed, but after 2 no shows and numerous times the installers would not return are calls. This was over a 4 week period. I had five days left until my grand opening and I still had 2 ugly doors that would not lock in my office. We were in crunch mode. I signed up for Angie's list and found this company. I called Jushade on Monday and explained my situation and he said he could fit me in. He got my doors installed the night before my grand opening. This is what service is about. So happy and grateful I found this company and will always use them in the future. The craftsmanship was excellent and we are very happy with what he did for our family. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent professional service, we have utilized Innovative Builders many times in the past for office remodeling and build-outs. We rely on their on-time professional construction services exclusively for our growing business needs and they have never failed to deliver.

I would say that if they were going to the work, my guess would be they would be a "B".

Jushade and his employee were very professional and did a great job.  They explained what would need to be done to correct the issues and how long it would take to complete the repairs.  Jushade had to remove the window frame due to warping and put in weather barrier items to ensure that the problem would not happen again then replace the window frame and trim.
His employee had to remove the siding on part of our home to locate where a water leak was coming into our dining room.  He removed the damaged wood and replaced it as well as sealed around the upstairs bedroom window where the water was making its way into our home, replaced the existing siding and placed new shingles on the dining room bay window overhang since that is where they had to mount their stand to do the repairs. 

getting a quote was timely and professional, all responses to email were excellent. as soon as the counter tops were in, they scheduled the installation for me, showed up on time to do the work and completed it to my satisfaction. it's refreshing to find a reliable contractors., and they were very easy to work with.

The qualities I have appreciated most is the promptness in always returning my communications, whether phone calls or email.  The time they take to discuss plans, what should be done, giving me suggestions and advise while respecting my ultimate opinion and budget.  They have been very flexible to my needs.  I will continue to use them to do work fixing up my house as I am able to afford it.

My entire experience was fantastic.  Jushade was flexible and met with me the same night I had the painting company over to review the project.  I received the estimate in a timely manner and at fair price.  The project went through with no issues and I felt comfortable leaving Jushade in my home alone.  When I came home from work each day there was no mess,only great workmanship.  I appreciated that he took the extra step to angle the corners of the baseboard that connected to the door trim.  I've seen homes where the baseboard is installed without this extra step.  The finished look of a project is always in the detail of the workmanship.  The project took about a week to complete.  I'm so glad I hired a professional.   I will definitely use Innovative Builders in the future

I had used Innovative for an office kitchenette area and bathroom remodel in 2010 and when it came time to work on our recently acquired foreclosure I knew they were more than capable of performing the work required. Team came out and we decided together to work on a time based approach rather than project basis as I would have numerous things I needed attended to in the build. I choose to pick out all my finish materials and keep them separate from the labor cost as I could control what items were going into the remodel and costs associated with the materials. They were able to fit the project in at night over the span of a few weeks with some weekends thrown in so that I could help with the project and reduce labor cost even further.  Quality of workmanship is top notch and I'm very pleased with how the house turned out.
