I called on January 8 and scheduled the work for January 13.  Arrival time was between 8:00-8:30 am, and the electrician knocked on my door at 8:05 am.  He installed the fans, cleaned up, took the old fans and boxes to my garage for later garbage pickup, and made sure I saw how everything worked.  Then he removed the cable in about 10 minutes.  I was very satisfied with the work and the professionalism.  I called three other places, and the price quoted by My Handyman was about the same as the others.  I used this company about a year ago for something other than electrical work, and I would use them again.

"Chandler is an amazing builder who often worked with us as we were building from concept to finished product. He offered Ideas and suggestions to help improve the deck design from scratch. He always kept us abreast of any issues that needed to be addressed and worked to satisfy them. He also let ys add in items and worked around those modifications as we saw something we wanted to do. An example of this was putting in an outdoor kitchen. He let us get the sink infrastructure and countertop support needed to install those at a later date. Truly a professional. He even offers a guarantee to come back and go over any issues we may have with boards and such for possible replacement if needed."

"We were very pleased with the staircase and railing construction completed by MGM Carpentry and highly recommend them for Carpentry and construction work. Mike worked efficiently completing the demolition of the previous stairs and railing in one day. He identified and corrected structural deficiencies from the previous construction and completed the remodel and finish work within the time he originally stated it would take to complete the job. He was even able to stay on-budget with the exception of the additional repairs identified during demolition. Even then, he discussed any changes early and found effective solutions that didn’t significantly increase the cost of completing the work. We are absolutely delighted with the quality and appearance of the finished staircase. He kept a tidy workspace and cleaned everything up very neatly once the job was completed. He exceeded our expectations. We will hire him again for any other construction needs."

"The garage door spring broke on at 7:30 pm on Saturday 8/31/2019. Due to the Labor Day holiday weekend, service could not be obtained until 9/3/19 from any of the Angie's list recommendations. I left a message with all of the recommended companies on 8/31/19 and Town & Country had a message on their answering machine that they would call back on Sunday 9/1/19 after 9;00 am. On Sunday at about 9:45 am, Damion called back quote a price of $99 for install and a price of $149 for a pair of replacement springs. But, due to the holiday weekend the earliest they could do the work would be on Tuesday 9/2/19. He said Brian G. would arrive from 10-12 am. Damion was thorough, friendly, professional, and efficient. Brian G. arrived as expected and quickly and efficiently removed and replace the springs in about 30 minutes. Brian did an excellent job. He was thorough, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend Town & Country for garage door repair."

"I bought the special deal on Angie's list for 4 hours of work for $100--a great deal.
I called and left a message and owner Terry got back to me pretty quickly.  He asked about all the jobs I had in mind in order to tell me what supplies I should have ready for the handymen and to properly match his men's skill to my jobs.
I had thought Terry planned to send two men for two hours but only one came.  He was quite quick however and managed to finish all the work in three hours so I was very pleased. He was friendly and professional and answered all my questions.  Since the deal was for four hours Terry agreed that I could use the last hour in the future.
The only issue I had was that the power was switched off in the garage and not turned back on so we had to figure that out on our own.  Terry didn't get back to me right away but my husband figured it out before it became a problem.
Overall I am very pleased with Brighton Construction and plan to use them again for their handyman services.  Terry was very easy-going, friendly, and pleasant to deal with.
