"CALL HIM - you'll hire him. Joe is a total pro and does excellent work! He communicates well, is dependable, sticks to his estimate, and goes the extra mile to do the job right. Truly a unique talent these days - an honest, nice guy who shows up and does great work - and can do anything! He and Mike are easy to have around our home and clean up each day. Our subfloor under carpet was insufficient for new hardwood floors. They removed huge amount of subfloor and also demo'd entry tile on cement board. Then installed a lot of new subfloor on multiple levels. He met with our hardwood installer to ensure everything was right and went above and beyond to tighten subfloor to joists so it's solid and squeak-free in an older house. The new hardwood was the perfect height after Joe's planning for subfloor height - he makes it look easy. They also shaved curly-ques from an old wrought iron railing, painted and replaced it; even finding a way to break the weld at the bottom to turn the feet to accommodate new flooring. Hand railing wasn't secured inside wall so he framed support and patched drywall. He's creative and capable, saving us a ton by modifying our existing railings to look newer and more on trend. I'm on his waiting list to have more done and he's worth the wait during his busy season!"

We wanted to switch the door to an outward swing as the current door swung inwards and was a safety issue. Mark was great at helping us figure out how to work this out and find the correct materials. His workmanship is excellent. I really appreciate his communication throughout the job. I would definitely contact Mark for any future household repairs or remodel work. It started when I called the company and the person I talked to understood immediately what my problem was, and said he would have "Brian" out to fix it within 2 hours. Brian showed up right on time after giving me a call to say exactly when he would be coming.
