I highly recommend Advanced Building and Renovations, LLC who built a 2,700 sq ft Commercial addition to our office building in late 2016. Owner Keith Rosick was very professional and helpful through every step of the process from the bid and winning of the job, working with the architect, helping with navigating permits and requirements of the city to follow-up after job completion. While the build was going on, Keith made sure we were getting the best for our buck. I am confident that we had the best builder for our job. I am very pleased with the work even now over 2 years after job completion.

Everything was great and really worth the money.

We were very pleased with the work, and the quality of the work was excellent and he went above and beyond doing extra things for us.

I have a 107 years old house, he did everything I asked for and it look like it was built a 107 years ago, everything matched perfectly with our hose and he did a wonderful work.

It was a great experience dealing with this company. Keith was always willing to stop by late in the evening to go over everything with me when I got out of work. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. If we had any questions there was no problem getting them answered. Keith would even stop by the townhouse that we were staying in on the weekends to go over different options for our house. They helped me deal with the insurance company when the insurance wanted to cut corners. Overall great experience! I even hired this company again to build my pole barn.

This is a 3-man crew. Only one of the men does the majority of the work and he does nice work for the most part. However, when he gets tired, the work gets sloppy. The owner is either on the phone or gone to the store to buy things needed so the workers are not well supervised. Costs are cut by not buying quality lumber and if they can get away with leaving something unfinished or even done wrong, that's how it will get left. Getting them back out to fix things done wrong takes weeks. Crew came to house and first thing they did was plug in all their tool batteries to recharge that they had used on the job before mine. Had to wonder why this wasn't done the evening before they came out. Lumber for job wasn't ordered ahead of time in spite of the fact that 50% of the job estimate was paid up front.
