I had a really old front door that was not insulated and they put in a new one with plenty of insulation. Mike worked efficiently completing the demolition of the previous stairs and railing in one day. He identified and corrected structural deficiencies from the previous construction and completed the remodel and finish work within the time he originally stated it would take to complete the job. He was even able to stay on-budget with the exception of the additional repairs identified during demolition. Even then, he discussed any changes early and found effective solutions that didn’t significantly increase the cost of completing the work. It started when I called the company and the person I talked to understood immediately what my problem was, and said he would have "Brian" out to fix it within 2 hours. Brian showed up right on time after giving me a call to say exactly when he would be coming. He assessed my situation, had a better idea than I did for what was needed, and he promptly set about fixing it. He explained everything as he went along, taking pride in what he was doing. When he finished that, he did a complete inspection of my garage door operations, explaining to me what he was looking for. He sprayed things that needed it, and explained to me what to spray, and which places should get silicone spray and which WD 40. The work was guaranteed. The bill was very fair, and my $10 off coupon was cheerfully accepted."
