"We were very pleased with the staircase and railing construction completed by MGM Carpentry and highly recommend them for Carpentry and construction work. Mike worked efficiently completing the demolition of the previous stairs and railing in one day. He identified and corrected structural deficiencies from the previous construction and completed the remodel and finish work within the time he originally stated it would take to complete the job. He was even able to stay on-budget with the exception of the additional repairs identified during demolition. Even then, he discussed any changes early and found effective solutions that didn’t significantly increase the cost of completing the work. "They did a good job of installing the openers and explaining their features and how to set up all the proper codes. There was a small problem with the installation where one of the brackets was pinching an electrical wire and causing it to short out. But after we had an electrician out to figure out the problem, T&C agreed it was a mistake and paid the electrician's invoice. Everyone we deal with was very friendly."

"Two young guys arrived on time.  Very polite.  Paint job, however, was a bit uneven in spots.  Not noticeable to me until total paint job dried.  Paint job looked just ok but not all because of the painters.  It turns out that the drywall on the garage walls really need to be re-taped so that the paint application would have a smooth finish.  If the painters would have told me that retaping would present a better result before they painted the walls I probably would have expanded the job to include that fix.  For what I paid for the paint job, however, I'm not upset.
