"Had an attitude to begin, installed a gas valve (which I provided), drained the water heater but didn't divert the water out the side door with a hose(which I provided), forgot to turn water back on to tank, and didn't wave the service call like he said. Paid $355 for this and now I have to deal with the water heater he drained (without using the provided hose) soaking the hallway carpeting. Very pissed off"

They dodged me for weeks after I had paid them even just about the part ordering status because I do not t use genuine parts, but yet still are saying that I owe them even more than $100 when they did not even repair my dryer that I also hired them for at the same day. It was broken broken so if you wanna get ripped off because you are a female or an elderly person or they think you are not gonna do anything about it.
