He managed to get the pilot to light, but he observed that the gas flow was weak. Turned out he had to install a new pilot assembly. He was efficient and thorough and did not give up until he was sure the fireplace was operating properly. I am very satisfied with the outcome."

I explained to him the problem of a terrible smell in my laundry room and living area that I’d been dealing with for over a month. I had another contractor out to connect a disconnected sewer line, and do underbelly work but the smell was still there after 3 weeks. Billy came out and checked it out at 10am that same morning. He assessed and knew exactly what the problem was. He came out early the next day, Thursday, and got it all fixed along with some other issues I didn’t know I had. No more smell!! "A plumbing repair" could range from perhaps a $150 minimum service charge up to tens of thousands of dollars for a substantial repair and associated cleanup, finish work, etc.

Plumbing costs obviously vary from job to job. You can expect to pay anywhere from $225 - $400 for your average repair of a faucet or toilet. Frozen broken pipes are a much more difficult item to put a price tag on. The best course is to try to correct it as soon as possible: These tend to get worse rather than better, which means more costly. You will obviously be paying more for after hour emergency services, but time is of the essence.
