was going to need a "floor break" for a floor drain backup. They also
told me the pipe was crushed in the floor when he got the top off and
that they were going to have to dig out into the driveway. After I continued to ask questions about all of this, they quoted me way overcharged me for cutting the top off the sewer line. In addition, they wanted another $450 to snake the floor drain and the sewer line. When I spoke to the company I did have do the work, they informed me that this price was "outrageous" The guy did not have the sewer cap when he first did the work, came back with the wrong size and had to make an additional trip. 10/5/2013
Follow up: owner called and said the rating was too low and asked what they could do to make it up to me. I was offered other services at a discount, however i wouldn't have them back. I told the owner about the offer from the employee to snake the drain for cash. The owner stated that he would be fired and then offered my money back, which I accepted. It was nice they offered to clean it up at all.
