"All-ways-dry was great about getting out quickly to help assess the leak in our basement. Even though it was determined that our problem was an outdoor siding problem (rather than a cement/foundation issue), they were great about walking me through the possibilities. Their in depth knowledge was evident, and I appreciated the time taken to go through it all. Before leaving they even took the time to make a call to another company for me who could address our problem. I was extremely impressed with their promptness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. Even though we couldn't use them for our current situation, we would definitely use them in the future.

"They were on time, they had to dig a hole in the basement floor and dig a communication with another drain as well. They covered carpet and sealed off the wrk area for dust during the jackhammering. They dug a trench through the front yard for the drain system and put everything back, you can barely tell what happened. Cleaned up, everyone was nice and professional. Very pleased."
