This place is the BEST around. When we found ourselves needing a new drain field, we were worried that it would take a long time and maybe the upcoming storm would stop everything. I contacted three companies for an estimate and All-American came in first. I asked them how long until they could start. They told me they could squeeze me in in 3 days before the expected storm. We didn't wait for the other estimates and had them do it. Well it is done now and I am still waiting for the other estimates, Hands down the best place to call

They spilled sewage all over my grass and sidewalk. They offered to clean it up with my garden hose. When I called the office they said it was normal for that to happen. It was not toxic or hazardous to anyone or anything. Didn’t even apologize. I was left with a huge mess to clean up which cost more money and took 24 hours to do.

All American did a satisfactory job at a reasonable rate. They were quite prompt, arriving within hours of my call and the men were efficient and professional. They finished in record time and I have had no further drain problems.

THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING THE PIPES. THE THINK I DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT THIS COMPANY WAS THAT THEY ONLY PUMPED THE LIQUID OUT OF THE SEPTIC TANK. THEY DID NOT PUMP THE SOLID OUT.
