A couple of examples: The one putting in the fireplace was constantly planning/checking to ensure the fireplace was even across, no place with small tiles and the angels on the edges lined up. There is no way I would have been able to do that. The wall between the cabinets had a bow. They asked what we plan to do with that area. We said install a back splash. They went the extra mile to ensure the surface would suitable for that. The layout of the cabinets they plan and executed on having square level cabinets and to ensure the same distance between the top and bottom. Again, that is no easy task. The bar sink we bought had plastic threads in the drain. The team has not had good luck with that so they went and bought a metal basket to replace the plastic part. The team was always looking for the best way to do the job, not the easy or fast way."
