Unlike other businesses with an answering service, Gary communicated directly with me through texts, including requesting pictures, to understand the issue beforehand. He spent a good deal of time working on a part that was stuck. When it wouldn't budge, he explained what would be needed to fix it and did not charge me for the visit. "Timing and communication was great and the work seems to be great.But I needed a Sewage Ejection Pump - Check Valve 3 in. installed. He told me it would be about $100.00 for the part so about $300.00.when he got done I was charged $398.00,beings the values are on the internet are for about $30.00, Not only was the price more , I feel the labor was pretty inflated $ 368.00 for labor is kinda high for such a small job."

He managed to get the pilot to light, but he observed that the gas flow was weak. Turned out he had to install a new pilot assembly. He was efficient and thorough and did not give up until he was sure the fireplace was operating properly. I am very satisfied with the outcome."
