Unlike other businesses with an answering service, Gary communicated directly with me through texts, including requesting pictures, to understand the issue beforehand. He spent a good deal of time working on a part that was stuck. When it wouldn't budge, he explained what would be needed to fix it and did not charge me for the visit. I would definitely use their services again."

"We are so pleased and would rate 15 stars not just 5. They worked about 11 hours straight on a Sunday and returned on Monday for about 3 hours to finish up. Most of the work had to be done in a crawl space. Supervisor Ron and John his right hand man were extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and told us step by step what ws being done. We would never consider hiring anyone else and definitely recommend Luckeys to everyone. Pricing was more than fair. The gals in the office were wonderful and knowledgeable also. I was impressed with the honesty Greg portrays to his customers. He really listens to what you want and need for your home. He does not try to over sell you in a system that is pricier than you want. Jayden and Robert were friendly, respectable, courteous to protecting my hardwood floors, ready and able to answer my many questions. The whole team went above and beyond my expectations!! When i was questioning the connection of my ducts from a previous company - Justice Pro checked it out for me free of charge. When my water pressure was low after placing my whole house humidifier - Justice Pro did not leave until my entire family was happy! "Repairman was Tyler, who showed up promptly as scheduled. He put in several hours tracing the problem of the gas pilot not staying lit. He managed to get the pilot to light, but he observed that the gas flow was weak. Turned out he had to install a new pilot assembly. He was efficient and thorough and did not give up until he was sure the fireplace was operating properly. I am very satisfied with the outcome."

A call was logged with Kelly, who was extremely polite and went out of her way to accommodate me. She said that a plumber would be out this afternoon. I was therefore surprised to have a plumber arrive at 12 noon. Mac was very efficient and snaked out our bathroom sink timeously. He was patient in answering all of my questions/concerns. When the job was completed, he cleans up the way he found it. Mac is definitely a team player and I recommend that he received an incentive compensation, for doing extraordinary work. He is definitely motivated to work efficiently and maximize revenues. Thank you for the quality services and not taking advantage of the elderly.
