My only wish - and itâ s hindsight being 20/20- is that they really explain and have hands on models for all the features particularly when doing accessibility related installs. My dad didnâ t quite get the need for the water barrier gasket and we switched out the shower head because he found it too heavy. Our installers were amazing and Iâ m thankful we had the guys we had."

Melanie was our point of contact with scheduling the appointment and any questions we had. On the day of appointment, they arrived on schedule and proceeded to change out our old water heater.
