We were very pleased. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and scheduling an appointment was easy. The repairman arrived on time and was friendly, yet professional. My husband wanted to learn more about the interior workings of the oven, and the repairman has no problem teaching him. He had the necessary parts on hand (no small feat given that our oven is over 20 years old) and was able...

Tech was professional, quick and honest. Repair was done on schedule. Office was great with scheduling and confirming appointments. Hired AAA after another provider wasn't honest about repair needed (and would have charged us double AAA's price for an unnecessary part).
