John accompanied the project manager, Renee, and his team to ensure they understood the design that he envisioned. The team worked together so smoothly and efficiently. John kept us informed from our initial contact so we were never wondering when our project would be completed. When the landscaping was done Renee did a walk through with us to see if we were pleased. We contacted John, as he requested, and he returned to our home to talk to us. Dustin was punctual, friendly and extremely helpful in providing suggestions and helping me envision a landscaping design. After discussing the details, Dustin was able to provide me with a quote as well as the date they could start work. I was in contact with Dustin prior to the work starting to run ideas by him and ask questions. He was always extremely patient with me and very helpful. Brooks Landscaping started work on the exact day they promised and the crew was very courteous and friendly. I was extremely involved in the process every step of the way and felt that it was important to them that I was engaged and 100% satisfied with everything.
