I loved them from start to finish. The sales agent wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. The day of the install was absolutely amazing and they did a wonderful job and cleaned up extremally thoroughly. I couldn't be happier with my new roof.

Poor communication: Received the quote in November and made a down-payment, and the seller said Mr. Roof would contact us in the next week to schedule the time which would probably happen in December. I didn't hear anything and eventually called in April to schedule a time. The roofers damaged 4 bushes in front of the house and I reached out to Mr Roof. They were vague and did not respond further. There is a corner on top of the flat roof where water stands for half a day after rain. I asked Mr Roof whether this is a problem but didn't receive a clear answer. The roofers left quite some debris around the house since the old roof was concrete tiles. It took me two hours to pick-up debris. The roof looks good, hence a good result. But the communication and process was quite poor.

Mr. Roof refuses to address any leaky roof situation. Roof was installed 6/20 and every time it rains it leaks from my skylights. There is zero communication from techs as to whether or not they came out or not. I have to call to find out if someone showed or not. Despite the repairs, the skylights still leak with every rain. Condensation builds up on the skylights. They thought it was a humidity issue, but when monitoring the humidity it is a stable 36%, which is not enough to cause 24/7 condensation. I sent pictures to some repairmen not associated with Mr. Roof. They called the manufacturers who make those style skylights. The two conclusions would be humidity or a broken seal in the skylights. After reporting this back to Mr. Roof, the manager I was supposed to get a call back from never called back. This is a common occurrence. Apparently he is in 8 hour meetings all day and cannot concern himself with talking to a customer upset with a leaky roof that has bee going on for 1.5 years now. This wasn't the only time the manager had avoided me. On at least 5 other calls, he was supposed to call back and he hasn't. The half a star rating is because the tech AJ has actually communicated with me and has tried to help. I cannot say that for the rest if the company.

Installation crew were pros. 19sq roof, complete underlay tear off to reshingle; 6 guys showed up at dawn and finished by dinner; thorough clean up and looks great. No choice but to pay full price in current market. Quality work, definitely recommend.

You save a lot of time by hiring someone to do this work. Don't try to do this by yourself.

The job was completed in one day, and it looks great. I'm very grateful that they were able to take on this job faster than any other company could. Water was coming into my house and the last couple of storms that we had would have caused major problems. No one could beat their price! I would highly recommend this company!

As promised, one day service. I couldn't be there that morning, but when I arrived by early afternoon the job was already done, thorough cleanup, looks good. Very pleased.

The crew arrived on time and completed the project in a timely manner. Team leader was very polite and wore his mask to be cautious and respectful. Cleanup was excellent. My new roof is such a wonderful improvement and looks so nice.

Very professional company, the Roofers arrived 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. They completed my roof in a timely manner and did an excellent job cleaning up the debris and nails. Thank You.

I hired Mr. Roof to redo my 50 square roof based on the lowest total price. I was impressed by the speed at which they completed the job and how well they cleaned everything up. The crew was also very friendly and accommodating. A few weeks after the job was completed, we had a big rain storm. During the storm, we noticed our upstairs ceiling start to get wet and eventually start to drip. WE had never had a roof leak prior to having our roof replaced. The next day, Mr. Roof sent out a repair guy to check it out. He said it was the flashing around the chimney and redid it. After the next rain the problem was better but not fixed. They sent out the repair guy again. This time he said it was our chimney cap and charged us a lot of money for a custom stainless steel one. Next rain came, same problem. Repair guy came back a third time and said it was some bad bricks on the chimney. We hired a contractor to fix those and the issue seemed to go away for awhile. A different repair guy came back last week who caulked the chimney and said it would stops leaking until we had the entire thing replaced. They would also refer us to a contractor who could do that. Well, It rained again yesterday and the leak is worse than ever. They also never provided us with a repair contractor. Remember, our chimney never had a leak until they replaced the roof. I don t think that s a coincidence. I d say they are now leaving us high and dry, but we are actually low and wet ¦ I really wanted to recommend these guys based on the initial experience, but I now know that their service after the sale is abysmal. Dont be sucked in by their prices. You get what you pay for.
