Four Seasons Windows & RemodelingFour seasons was great! The workers were polite and professional and went above and beyond what they needed to do. When they were done, they cleaned up, picking up nails and pieces of siding and trim, despite the fact that there was snow on the ground. I tried to get multiple bids, but they were the only ones that were willing to reside my old house; I even had one company who refused to bid suggest I have Four Seasons do it!- Karen M.

Superior Home Building LLCJerrod Thomason, the owner of Superior Home Building, did a complete remodel of our house including a new addition. He did the work while we spent the winter in FL. I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. His crew was punctual, thorough and efficient. They did a wonderful job. They were very good with clean up after completing their work. Communication with Rick and his painters was effortless, before, during and after the project. They came out again after completion and provided touch up. Our house looks great! A-1 ROOFING & SIDINGThey put on a roof and we had some issues with some of the shingles. John called CertainTeed and the territory manager Dan came out and CertainTeed replaced the whole roof again (no charge to us). John's company did great work and he came to my house and addressed any questions I had. They also did my siding on the house. Overall, they did a great job and I am very happy.- sharon a.

A-1 ROOFING & SIDINGWell we had issues with streaking on the shingles but had to be replaced 3 times and finally got good ones,but I have 3 bay windows and on the bad bay they put a different color flashing on that one I am not happy with this!would you be?I called John numerous times and get a run around and this was done in 2018! Avalon Building ConceptsI was in desperate need of a new roof on my old farmhouse. I had my insurance company sniffing around my home talking about cancelling my insurance policy if I didn't take care of the roof and the paint on my home. I called Avalon due to their name being first in the phone book. Jesus was sent out and walked around the home with me. He told me Avalon could take care of everything and provided me a decent price. He put a priority on my roof to be completed with his team, as he believed it was an emergency situation and further damage might be dangerous. My roof was put on within days of signing. The crew arrived early, stayed late, and finished it up in one day. They were fast yet still took the time to talk to me about what they were doing. Kevin and Shawn who arrived later to complete the siding and windows were very particular about what they did to my home. Before they started, they introduced themselves and informed me and my wife that they were not going to anything to our home they wouldn't do to their own. Those two were professional and spent quite a bit of time out at our home. They really went above and beyond even what Jesus told us. True craftsman that did a beautiful job on our home.- Richard W.

Nombach Roofing & TuckpointingThe guy pulled in my driveway, we walked to the downspout and he checked it out by touching it. Then he told me about the company's call-fee and although I was willing to pay it, I surely didn't think my repair had to be so costly. So He took his toolbox out of the truck, used a couple of screws and before I could even go back in the house to get his money, he came to the door saying he was done. So he told me that it wouldn't be right if I charge the $150, so he only asked for $30, but I didn't have change so I gave him $40.- Fanetta B.

With COVID, there were understandable delays, due to suppliers unable to deliver product. Then one morning we got a call from Nate that they could come out that day. We had our entire house (10 windows) done in less than 6 hours. I work from home in the 3rd bedroom/office, and the guys timed it around my lunchbreak to install the window in that room. Nate, Nick, and a third installer were all professional, respectful, and when they were done, everything was so clean, you could never tell they were there (except looking through beautiful new windows!). They did the work quickly and seemed OK at fist but in 5 years have had to call them twice. First time they came and took care of the leak immediately. Now I have been trying to work with them for 2 years and am about to seek legal solutions to my problems. Their service department is great in promises but horrible in following up. Buyer beware, go with a roofing company not these guys.

Do not use this company. Wallside breached the contract. They never pulled the permit or ordered the windows for the original install date. This delayed my project costing me two months of rental income . In lieu of their mistake they first offered me $300 off of the contract but later agreed to be fair to add free of charge an additional four windows to the contract. David Malseed, one of the sales managers later changed this agreement to two windows which he believed was a “very generous offer.” This business does not operate on any values. They have a take it or leave it attitude despite the harm they cause you.

They did a good job, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. We paid 50% down in August of 2019 for work to begin in November 2019. I *had* to call asking when they would be out only to be told that they are down a crew and would not be out until March 2020. March 2020 comes, I *had* to call again to see when they would be out, end of March. Then Coved hit. I *had* to call again to see when they would be out. The job was finally completed in July 2020, almost a year after they took my money.

Not bad initially.Some of the windows started locking up shortly after installation and they had to send someone to unlock them,My bedroom window has been locked for months and now they won't respond.It was a very expensive project and they promised to stand behind their product and work.I believed them.No air available through my window and I consider it a safety issue.I couldn't use this window to get out if I had to....
