"We called in desperation.  A quick trip to our son's house to fix a troublesome furnace and soon we hear the sound of water running.  That sinking feeling when you discover it is the main water pipe to the house, spewing many many gallons of water and having formed a very large sink hole in the back yard.  He arrived within two hours of our call.  Had it fixed quickly.  Given the amount of snow and mud on the ground, this was the wrong time of year for such a repair!  He was extremely responsive, professional, courteous.  Will definitely use him for all our well needs going forward!

"I am so impressed. We had a drain that needed work and I called Zoom (via sister company Pine State Services) after our usual plumber was going to be a week or so before they could come out. Zoom offered to come out the same day. The technician was as professional as I could expect and made sure to solve the problem to our satisfaction. Every time he had to go out to his truck and back for supplies, he took his boots on and off at our front door, ensuring that he didn't track anything into the house. Now, I know, if you have a clogged sewer line, call Tommy rather than a plumber. Many plumbers do not have the proper equipment. Most likely the fix will be delayed until you can find someone that does have the equipment. Call Tommy to avoid the delay. With a clogged sewer line, any delay is NOT good.
