Rob called me almost as soon as I put the word out that I had an emergency situation. He arrived in less than 1 1/2 hours, was so pleasant to deal with, and cleared my basement drain, and explained what the problem was in easy to understand language. His price was very fair. I m new here, just bought this old house, and found a good plumber!
