Excellent. I live in a condo. The association insurance requires water heaters over 10 years old be replaced. He needed to come a second time as the water to the building needed to be shut off. Also my washer and dryer need to be removed to get to the water tank. He needed to moved them on each visit. Very pleasant and quick.

He was recommended by another reputable plumbing outfit that I am friends with when they couldn't get to it. Joe came out within hours when I sprung my leak. I have had so many experiences where contractors or subs just don't respond or work. He certainly isn't one of them.
