"The work was very good. My 9:00 am appointment turned into a 10:20 show, though he did call. First try at installing shower and tub "trim" resulted in wrong parts given to him. Had to leave and come back. Wasn't until mid afternoon that he finished. My husband thought it was a little pricey. Had to call him to get paperwork on hardware. It was received by mail. The work was good. Disappointed in the time it took to complete and the cost."
