unfortunately, i can not say that I am impressed with one who comes out, doesn't fix the problem, but gladly accepts $100. for a service fee. Was present for less than ten minutes. I don't like doing these, but it needed to be mentioned.

Excellent. He is a mater plumber and can creative problem solve on the spot. I was very happy. I also think it is important to prepare the area so the plumber can work efficiently, such as under sinks and clean basements. Efficient all around timewise and financially . Landlord has hired this guy to clean the furnace annually. Every year (for the last 5 years) when he visits, it is an uncomfortable experience. He will loudly complain about the amount of items stored in my basement for the duration of the time he is working, within my and my child’s earshot including profanities. It is very uncomfortable having him here but it’s not my property and I can’t choose who my landlord hires, so I am stuck with him. This year I left with my child for a dr appt, and he took it upon himself to call my landlord and complain that my cat, who had been ill this past year, had puked on the old carpet on the basement stairs and it was stained. He also complained that some bamboo had grown next to the bulkhead (which is landlords responsibility) and he didn’t like that my 3 free range chickens poop in the yard. If his delicate sensibilities were offended so, he really shouldn’t be in this line of work. I am now even more uncomfortable having him in my home and would not recommend using his unprofessional service to anyone!

Excellent results. I am very pleased. I knew what I wanted in advance, so I believe it helped.
 
I supplied the new items, the plumber provided his knowledge and skills to make plumbing connections. I made sure he had access to all areas in advance. We met prior to discuss what I wanted to do - he advised me that we would tackle the tub/shower first. I had done all of the demolition in advance. On one day, we completed the tub/shower. The next day I took care of laying new floor, and the following day the plumber returned to complete the vanity/sink and toilet.
Fee included some materials and labor. I was very pleased.
