"I have used Metro Gutter for gutter cleaning for a few years, and have had other repair work done for soffits, etc. After the heavy rains in July I had a leak in my kitchen from the roof over the bay window (a recurring problem). Metro came and determined that the brick facade needed to be repaired. They were extremely responsive in fixing this in a timely manner and came back to ensure that work was done properly. I don't think I have ever had such good customer service as Metro has provided. I give them high marks!"

Elliott came out, he walked me through the entire process, explained the products they would use and how the job was to be done. It rained the day they were suppose to come. I received a phone call letting me know they wouldn't be there and that they would be there the next day. They showed up as I was leaving for work and when I got home the roof and gutters were completed. Everything was completed and cleaned up."

The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. With gutters at 2 and 3 stories, cleaning was necessary, but expensive before Gutter Helmet installation. Today, I had a section of helmet repaired due to damage from a fallen limb. The repair crew was great. They made the necessary repairs and cleaned and checked the gutters on the rest of the house.
