I could not believe he got to my home so quickly. John and his crew went to work diagnosing the problem. John started removing the plug on one end of my sewer system and found that my entire sewer system was under tremendous pressure due to all of the plunging I was doing. Before he started taking any more pipes apart in the basement, he asked if I had a septic system. I told him that I did and he said that my septic tank was probably full. John went out back, took the lid off of my septic system and found that the tank was almost completely full! Thanks to John, I then knew what the problem was and it was an easy fix. "Glenoak came out to reinstall a toilet that had been leaking .  While there, they noticed a leak from the pressure tank, which needed to be replaced.  They went out for the part w/o charging us for that time or travel.  Unfortunately, the replacement part didn?t work, and ultimately they had to replace the entire toilet.  They fixed a small gas pipe leak near our furnace while there, too.
