Hello! My name is Myrddin Bramucci or Merlin if you will. I was born and raised in Baltimore County doing landscaping the whole way through and worked for a large Nursery up in Street, MD. I've learned many trade secrets throughout the years and plan to learn more through my customer's preferences. I'm a perfectionist and people pleaser so I will not be satisfied until you are satisfied as the homeowner. My skills include waste pickup, pruning, shearing, trimming, mowing, edging and mulching. I have to repeatedly email and call (they don't answer the phone) to get them to come out. going on two years without a winterization. Not sure what they are like in Texas but their customer service in Virginia is abysmal."

During installation, they leaked hydraulic fluid all over my lawn, which badly damaged the grass and still hasn?t fully recovered despite them adding some grass seed after multiple calls to them. That should have been a warning sign, but I decided to move forward. Less than a year later, the rain sensor stopped working after only one season of use. Whether the root cause was a faulty product or the install itself, I expected the company to stand behind their work. Instead, they told me that while the manufacturer covers the part, I would need to pay extra for labor. To me, that shows a lack of accountability. A professional company should take responsibility when a system fails so quickly, regardless of whether the issue is equipment or installation. Unfortunately, that hasn?t been the case here. If you?re considering hiring them, be aware that you may be left with damaged property, unreliable equipment, and additional bills."
