We hired Paramount Heating & Air Conditioning to replace our entire HVAC system, which was very outdated. Not only was the work done flawlessly, but the whole experience was an absolute pleasure, from start to finish. During the estimate phase, Allan carefully considered the size and nature of our house before selecting the models that would be best suited to our needs. He was always easy to reach, and happy to answer all my questions. He helped us choose the equipment that would offer the best balance of affordability, effectiveness, and efficiency. On the day of installation, Allan and his sons Tyler and Levi did a masterful job replacing our gas furnace and outside unit, and connecting our new smart thermostat. They worked together so smoothly, all of them friendly and courteous. And we could tell they genuinely wanted the new system to be configured perfectly, including some necessary modifications to our ductwork to make everything flow even better. It took just a day and a half, and now we are so happy to have a high-quality, modern HVAC system, with dual fuel and two-stage heating and cooling. It is so quiet in operation, and the air feels much cleaner and more comfortable. All around, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. By far the best HVAC company we’ve ever worked with!
