We are a family owned company which offers house cleaning, maid services, and move-in and move-out cleaning in Howard County and surrounding areas. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, one time, and occasional cleanings. We've been in business since 1989. We've won the Angie's List Super Service Award in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2012!

My basement stairs hall and laundry room went from 25 years of dust & clutter to no dust, no clutter. I am amazed at what was accomplished. It’s like a dark night waking up to a bright sunny day! The 2 workers that came were professional, focused, full of energy, friendly and did a phenomenal job. I am eager to hire Teresa’s Cleaning Service again.

Teresa and her team completed our first, deep cleaning today. Our home has never been this clean! Everything sparkles. Stubborn stains are gone. Tops of cabinets and bookcases are dust free, as are areas under beds and hard-to-reach corners. The cleaning took longer than expected because they did such an amazing job, but it was absolutely worth the extra time. And it is obvious the team loves what they do! Teresa herself lent a hand; she cares deeply about her employees and her clients. I cannot recommend her service highly enough!!!

The girls that clean are fantastic. The problem is management. Teresa gave me a quote in 2019 for 195.00 every other week. This is after I paid a very hefty amount for her to do the “initial cleaning” which they all do- but this was extremely expensive. All was well and fine but when covid hit I paused my service. To have them out again meant another “initial cleaning”. We discussed that it would not be over 600. When the girls completed the cleaning they wrote the amount of money I owed them on a napkin. I almost fainted. It was over 1,100 dollars! Honestly I was horrified but somehow let it go. Now, after my last cleaning she sent me an e mail saying because materials have gone up my new biweekly rate will be 285 dollars!! What the?? I told her I would pay for the materials - then she said it was not the materials. She said my house took to long. Um??? Did my house grow?? Then she tried to say I ask her to do more things in my house. She has always done my entire home so that is insane…. But the reasons kept coming?every time I questioned one reason she added another. She even tried to say the extra time was because they had to pick up my house before they could clean it. This is when I was done. A complete lie. I take hours prepping my house for them. The girls have complimented on it before. If she said the increase was because they were short on money because of covid I may have been swayed! Look up other reviews that explain Teresa can be very rude. There is no negotiating. The customer is simply wrong. And to just decide to increase a long time customer by 90 dollars- with made up reasons is nuts. I am sure she will comment on this. Members beware. That is all I can tell you.

"This is the email that was sent in response to Mrs. [Member Name Removed]: Dear Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I read your review on Angie's List today. I have been very confused about some of the things you mentioned, as I know I didn't mention those things myself. So I decided to go back to our email exchange to make sure that I had not made a mistake. I have been out a lot recently, busy with the teams, and have relied heavily on my assistant. I usually send and respond to emails myself. When I'm out and about, I sometimes delegate that task to my assistant at the office. I saw the exchange about the cost of materials- something that was surprising to me and something that had been a source of confusion and a bit of frustration to me because I knew I hadn't mentioned those things to you. It looks like my assistant responded on my behalf, and I can see that some of it was in an unprofessional manner, sending things I didn't approve, and I truly apologize for that. I'm not blaming her, but it was a mistake. I have been on the road constantly and have been slow at responding. I apologize for the miscommunication, the price raise was solely to cover labor fairly for my team, and not because of material costs or money issues. I hope you understand, and we both have more clarity for the source of our miscommunication. Prior to engaging service, I was quoted 140 per hr for 4 employees. I agreed to the fee. Upon arrival, I was again quoted 140 per hr and noticed they had 5 employees and agreed to the fee. She never mentioned a rate increase for the extra employee prior to starting the work. I advised not to move what little furniture was in place (2 rooms). I showed them one room where the painters had not completed was not necessary to clean. At the conclusion, I was charged 175 per hr plus 140 as they claimed they brought in 2 more employees through the basement. I never saw the additional employees and take exception for the company bringing in employees without my knowledge or advising of a rate increase until the conclusion. Had I known there would be a rate increase, I am not sure I would have used their services. I call this a BAIT AND SWITCH. Members beware!

"We quoted the job as costing up to $1120 and when the job was done the total bill was $1105. Teresa told you that the the hourly rate was $140 per hour for 4 people which works out to $35 per hour per person and that she was going to stay and work as well so that they didn't finish too late and that the rate would be higher for more people. We are sorry for any confusion but the bottom line is that we did a very thorough cleaning for under the quoted price."

first hired for deep clean. Did an excellent job but price was more than double what was quoted. I decided to use the crew for biweekly cleaning. They did a great job for over 2 months, when today no one showed up or called. I called Teresa but got no answer or call back and it has now been close to an hour after the crew was to arrive. Poor management, excellent cleaning crew.

Quite well. They were timely, thorough, and effective. My home absolutely sparkled. They cleaned everything top to bottom, even the toilet paper holders. My door knobs shine and there wasn't a fingerprint anywhere. The cleaning in the kids rooms was BAR NONE - they made their rooms look spectacular. Teenage rooms no longer smelled teenage and they were respectful of the kids space too. This team of Angel's transformed my home and Teresa came through to make sure it met her expectations too. She sent them right back to make an update to a piece that hadn't met HER standard. They are worth every friggin dollar.

Let me say that it’s rare that I’m speechless. But when I try to explain how awesome Teresa and her crew are, there are no words that I can find to do it justice. And I’m a writer! The task that they had was HUGE. The house that I needed her to clean was the house that I rent to my son. My son who is a lovely person but a complete slob. Add to that the fact that he has two dogs and trust me, Teresa had her work cut out for her. My son’s roommate (also a slob) had to move out and I told him there was no way he’d find another with that house looking and smelling the way it did. The house smelled like wet, smelly dogs. Enter Teresa and her band of miracle workers. They spent all day cleaning and by the time they were finished the house smelled like PURE CLEAN. I had honestly not gone inside the house in over a year because I’d get so mad. When they finished, I walked through the house in utter amazement and with a HUGE smile on my face. They are AMAZING!!! They showed up right on time and they stayed until they were done which was longer than they estimated. Wow. And talk about professionalism! If any of them were as horrified as I was at how messy the house was, it never showed. They just smiled and said “We’ll take care of it”. They were absolutely worth every dime I spent. I will be hiring her to clean my house too! I simply can’t say enough about them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Absolutely phenomenal! Teresa first did an inspection and provided us with a quote, which was spot on! On the appointed day and time, the crew arrived with all their supplies in hand and with Teresa in the lead. After Teresa showed the crew the house, they immediately set off to work. Five hours later and the house has never been so immaculate! They even left cute little touches of tissue flowers for each tissue box. We have already scheduled Teresa and her team for ongoing bi-weekly service.

She brought in about 5 people with ladders, buckets, vacuums, etc. They worked continuously for 6+ hours. I was impressed with their thoroughness and the results. It wasn't the cheapest, but then she came on time and was reliable in corresponding by text and email, something that the slightly cheaper others did not do.

I have been using Teresa’s Cleaning Service now for approximately 4 years. I had moved from another state and was looking for an excellent cleaning and trustworthy cleaning service. I interviewed several companies, but knew Teresa was the one when I met with her. I have not been disappointed in my decision. They are thorough and always on time. I’m very picky and they have always met my expectations. I also had to call and have extra deep cleaning completed because of punch list items done in a new house after we moved in. Teresa always accommodated me and did exceptional work. As I said, their work is always great but they are very trustworthy. I have never had a problem leaving when they are at my house. I would recommend them highly and her price is very reasonable for a large house.

I've used Teresa's cleaning service twice a month for over two years and have been very pleased with each cleaning. It's the extras that make this company stand out. Consistently dusting floor baseboards, chair rails, and blinds. Also, my hardwood floors shine after every visit. The bathrooms and my kitchen sparkle as well. I highly recommend this company.
