They even repaired one of my vents. They communicated throughout the day of progress and recommendations. They showed me pictures throughout the day not just at the end. I just completed a 2 year house renovation so I knew ducts needed to be cleaned but it was proven that previous owners did not maintain the cleanliness of the system. Ours is a first-generation Trex deck, and has been installed for about 12 years, and was quite dirty and growing some mold.
