The carpet steam cleaning was great. But the cleaning was only good for bathrooms. Otherwise it was so lacking that my landlord tried to charge me for not cleaning.

Poor work. I call then and owner called me saying that they will comeback to make the work right. We set an appointment but never came.

It went great! We have a dog that stained the carpet plus stains from years ago. Universal Cleaning did an amazing job clearing up those stains and they got rid of the odor too! I rate them 10/10 highly recommended!

Jerome and his crew earlier than scheduled in the real world if you’re early you’re on time and he took a look at the carpet and said we will make it like brand new and d*** if they didn’t make the carpet look like we just had new carpet installed, and I would definitely recommend Universal Cleaning Services and plan on hiring them again.
