After the recent flooding in my area I called these folks to get a quote. They were upfront, reasonable, and the whole process was quick and efficient. I will be recommending them to my friends and will be a repeat customer.

I used this company only twice but would never recommend them. I noticed them standing on my granite counters to clean above the cabinets. Shortly after I noticed a crack in my granite. I discussed this with the owner and she said she spoke with the crew who adamantly denied standing on counters and said they only used ladders. So, not only did she dismiss my concern she also called us liars. I contacted multiple granite repair places and was told that it looks like it was stood on without telling them the situation. It is not a coincidence that I now have a crack in my granite after cleaners were seen standing on it. Now I am stuck with a $500-700 bill to repair it. So much for this company being bonded. They would never admit their wrong doing anyway. Definitely avoid using them! Update: The owner, Anna, contacted us to let us know she was getting in touch with her insurance company and gave us the impression that they would be handling the cost. After providing the insurance company with pictures but never being asked for our side of the story, the insurance company said the claim was denied because the employee, Marena, again lied, saying she never stood on the counter and only used ladders. (Their ladder is actually a step stool that would never allow them to reach above cabinets that touch a 9-foot ceiling.) So to conclude that they are bonded and insured is a total joke. All they have to do is lie to their insurance company and you will never be compensated. Why would they ever admit wrongdoing? I would never ever trust this company, the owner, or the employees in my home again. The way we have been treated is the worst customer service I have ever received. Avoid using them or risk something happening to your home at your own cost. These people are not to be trusted.

Last minute deep clean as a gift to my mother. They were very responsive and sent a crew quickly. They did a great job cleaning and were very professional. I would highly recommend this service and would like to use them again myself!

These women do what they are hired to doâ thoroughly, thoughtfully, and pleasantly. They concentrate on the results and the results are excellent. The improvement is conspicuous. I hired Superior Cleaning Service to clean a house I just bought. They were very thorough. They arrived on time and worked very quickly to get the house cleaned. I will hire them in the future.

The ladies are very nice and professional. They walked in and got right to work. My apartment looks nice again.

The crew that came out did an excellent job of execution but did not use the products that were promised from their original evaluation. I don t think it was intentional but rather a miscommunication which is why I gave them 4.5 stars. I would recommend to anyone. I will be using their service in the future every two weeks.
