SilaOne unit was fine. The heat pump unit needs some new parts as it is 11 years old and sitsc in the roof under the southern sun and is just getting worn down. SilaI’ve had an annual maintenance agreement with SILA for several years. On today’s visit, service was excellent as usual. I always feel that the technicians give my system a thorough check. SilaMarcus was prompt and polite. He did our 6 mo inspection of our furnace and investigated when I described how our smart thermostat would restart when heat was engaged. He discovered a crack in our heat exchanger which caused the unit to overheat and cut power to the thermostat. The main office got back to us promptly with an estimate, ordered the part, and we had it fixed within a week. We have used Sila for A/C repair, furnace maintenance, and plumbing and have nothing but the best things to say about them. We look forward to continuing to rely on them!- Lia R.

4 Service ProsTechnician Tyriece Walker came to our home and gave us a detailed description and estimate for replacing our old water heater. We were impressed because other companies quoted a price over the phone without looking at our existing set up. Tyreice suggested several improvements, including re-doing the exhaust set up and installing new water lines that made sense to us. After we accepted the estimate and scheduled the work, Tyriece and Technician Ray Nesbitt obtained the building permit and came on the scheduled day to install the water heater. That work went smoothly. After installation and clean up, Tyriece and Ray pointed out new features of the water heater and instructions on water cut-off, etc. Because Fairfax County requires an inspection that is now done remotely by video, 4 Service Pros Technician, Edgardo Thillet came to conduct the video inspection. Edgardo handled that efficiently and pleasantly. We found all of the people at 4 Service Pros, including the people we spoke to by phone to be knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. 4 Service ProsI had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon. Called 4 Service Pros and their man, Henrri Benitez, was on my doorstep less than 40 minutes later. Hennri did a fantastic job fixing my emergency and installing a pressure reduction valve to prevent future occurrences of similar leaks. When I mentioned that in 15 years in the house, I still did not know where my backyard facet shut off valve, Henrri told me look under the kitchen sink (one floor above us). There is was! I had a simply excellent experience with Henrri and 4 Service Pros. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.- Scott V.

Ed did the much needed cleaning of our kitchen tile to help us prepare for selling our home. Our tile had not been cleaned since 2016 but Ed did a superb job cleaning the tile and it almost looks brand new. Ed was on time, courteous, knows his craft and went the extra steps to ensure our tile was perfectly cleaned and sealed. He took the time to explain the process, as well as caring enough to work on even the smallest spots. Because of Ed, one of our moving concerns no longer exists! When my rugs were evaluated in my home, I was educated on their domain and the families who made them. Only an expert has these types of details in their brains. Faisel, the owner of this business, is personally familiar with the family who made one of my rugs. Oriental rugs are pieces of art and need special attention and care if we want them to remain investments and heirlooms. Faisel picked up and returned my rugs with a realistic, timely response. We trusted him to wash them, treat them, cut pads to go under them, and appraise them.
