INEX remodeled our bathroom. The team included Said Javid who was the Project Manager, Miguel and his nephew Alberto. INEX has a policy of “One Job at A Time” so the crew was here every day till the project was completed. They started with demolition work: removed old tiles, tub, sink & vanity, toilet, and an interior wall that was bumped out to fit a standard bathtub. We were very impressed by how they managed to keep the house clean during the demolition work. The crew was very professional, polite & tidy. They covered the floors at the beginning of each workday. Like everything in life, unexpected things were discovered and the team offered their professional opinion on how to handle them while keeping our cost down. Just that alone help us tremendously since they probably encounter those often. They fabricated a “Mud Set” tile shower floor “Which is one of their specialties” new ceramic tile flooring, installed vanity & top, and all other bathroom accessories, tiling looks FANTASTIC! We are very happy with our modern and clean looking bathroom. The cost of our renovation was around $9,600.00 - this is labor cost only. We decided to supply all the materials ourselves: tiles, vanity, sink, faucets, etc. We would be using INEX services again for the other 2-bathroom renew projects in our home. They are professional, punctual, polite and tidy. Can't ask for more.

Absolutely perfectly. They started on the exact date they said they would, and being conscientious that there was no other bathroom in the house (I stayed with friends for a few days), they worked quickly and finished the job in 8 days. I had 3 different contractor look at it to give me estimates, two of them stated that I had to move the tub, relocate the toilet and sink to use a standard size tub (in a tiny space) - Chuck from INEX was the only one who suggested an alternate solution that was cheaper; he was thoughtful and very helpful with suggestions for cost savings. Finally, I wanted to take the removed items to Community Forklift (an non-profit organization that aims to reduce landfill by recycling/re-use of salvaged home renovation supplies); the INEX contractor happily took everything to Forklift, and even helped me shop for a period appropriate door for the bathroom, then modified and installed the door.

They basically gutted it and replaced everything. They did a little bit of drywall, cabinets, flooring, painting, the whole nine yards. They didn't add any new drywall. I got the appliances. You buy all the materials and they install them for you. So I bought the tiles, I bought the cabinets. The workers were great. Probably three or four people came to complete the service. We didn't live in the place while they were doing it, we went out of town. So I wasn't here for the whole thing. They left the area clean. They were fast and they were really proactive about problem-solving with me. They recommended contractors and we didn't love the plumber that they recommended to us. There was an issue with that and they problem-solved it quite quickly and got us a good break on the price.

We hired Inex Construction to remodel our master bath, which included a removal of the existing shower stall, tile, sink, vanity, and toilet; installation of an updated plumbing system, shower stall, bath fan, new wall and floor tile, and paint. In all, Said and his crew did an excellent job. Their work was nearly flawless, and they quickly (and without any sort of resistance) corrected the few errors they made. The result is a fabulous bath that works efficiently and is very enjoyable to use. We thank Said, Chuck, and the whole Inex team for their efforts, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs their bathroom remodeled.

We hired INEX Company to carry out the remodeling of our bathroom.  The bathroom was 40 years old, is small and in a one-bedroom condominium unit.  The entire bathroom needed to be gutted and new tiling and appliances installed.  
We spoke with Chuck McDonald at first.  He quickly puts one at ease with his directness and honesty.  One feels he wants to do a good job and is proud of his company and his work.  He is not a bathroom designer, and one needs to do the selection and purchasing of major items separately.  We felt his prices were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive among the ones we encountered, and it mattered a lot to us that we felt confident that the job would be completed and done well.
After we signed a contract with INEX, we mostly dealt with the Project Manager Dermot McDermott and plumber Chris Papasava of C&C Plumbing.  Both were superb workmen, extremely conscientious about getting things right.  They were good-natured about the unreliability of finding parking near the condominium, though I'm not sure they would be eager to face such problems on a regular basis.
The workers paid attention to the details and made everything look wonderful.  The tile work was superb.  They cleaned up each day so that the rest of the apartment was usable.  Some problems were encountered as peculiarities of the condominium building were uncovered, but Dermot always managed to find solutions.  There were a few delays, but not through any fault of Dermot's.  We're really pleased with the new bathroom!

We reached out to Chuck from INEX, who manages the intial customer contact.  We wanted to install Ikea cabinets, install new appliances, countertops, tiling, etc. in our condo.  Chuck walked through the project with me, answering all questions and putting together a proposal.  The things that impressed me most were an unbelievably detailed proposal, awillingness to work through e-mail, and willingness to schedule a date well in advance of the project.  We thought very highly of their proposal and went with them.  Chuck then turned us over to the project manager who did the actual construction, Said.
These guys are very good.  The few mistakes got fixed easily and very nicely. They even corrected a few deficiencies in the original construction on our unit--for example, they fixed a free-standing wall that was poorly constructed by the original builder.  We were doing a very modern kitchen (clean lines, no moldings, no adornments) which seemed to be a bit outside of their typical experience.  It did not matter: Even though they seemed a little puzzled by some of our choices, they had absolutely no problem with any of it.  And we're very happy with how everything came out.  
The only thing I want to emphasize to anyone considering their services--which I fully and highly recommend--is that you're going to be hiring a bunch of different tradesmen to do plumbing, electrical, flooring, and countertops.  If you work with the guys they're familiar with, it will go more smoothly, but circumstances didn't really permit some of that in our case.  For example, their flooring expert just decided (without telling me or them) that he wasn't doing residential jobs anymore.  So I had to arrange the plumber, the new flooring guys, and most of the countertop installation.  Everything went smoothly, but it was definitely more work.  If I were doing this again, I'd still definitely go with INEX and this arrangement.  I just mention it because this setup might not be for everyone.

They are very thorough and they are responsive.  The work they do has always been good and they do it correctly.  Dave and Sarah have been very kind.

They were top rated on Angie's List.  They did a fine job.  We thought they were very thoughtful and they were very reasonably priced.  They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. We were very pleased with them.  Their price was very good.  Their quality was very good.  They were always there, we could send them emails and they would respond right away so that was good.  They were there when they said they would be there.  It's a good group to work with.

Initially, we had expected to completely redo 2 small, full bathrooms in our 2BR condo in Gaithersburg.  Chuck was very candid and helpful, and provided honest opinions about the return on investment it would have taken to really redo these rooms as we had originally anticipated.  Thanks to Chuck's advice, we adjusted the scope of the repairs to solely freshen the design elements of the rooms and that was much more appropriate given the rental nature of the property.  That in itself was a massive help.
Since this wasn't new construction, fabrication and installation, Chuck and Inex used a subcontractor (Tub Doctor) that added new hardware, deep cleaned the tile floors, regrouted/caulked and repainted.  Overall, the bathrooms both look much improved and are much more presentable for a rental property.  Given the scope of the project, we were satisfied with the results.  Having said that, I would expect a higher level of attention to detail on a new construction or installation project.  We noticed minor niggling details, such as small paint spatters and paint trim spots that would have been concerns had the project been our living space.  Since this condo is solely a rental property we were not too concerned with these minor issues and felt it was a good value for the amount and quality of work done.
I'd like to stress two points: 1) Chuck's candid and professional approach provided us with a more prudent approach to this project, and saved us a lot of hassle and money; 2) while the work done was not showroom quality, it was appropriate for the job at hand.  We are consulting with Chuck and Inex again (November 2013) on a full kitchen renovation, and I'd happily refer him to friends should they need work done.  He is a straight shooter, who is customer focused and he was happy to help us on our jobs even if we went with other contractors for the work.

They were very organized and on top of the job. The initial meeting was a great way to meet the crew and see what was going to be happening from start to finish. They did a lot of upgrades in our kitchen and everything looks great! It is updated, clean, and timeless looking. 
The team worked well together and with our schedule. 
They made the job seem so simple and quick to finish.

We were very pleased with the work that INEX did for us.  We live on one of the LEVITT track homes in Bowie.  We chose to use IKEA cabinets.  We found that IKEA gave us the options that we wanted at a far better price that the other sources Chuck and his crew have years of experience installing IKEA kitchens.
I did like Chuck and his style.  I think that having everything we needed ahead of time, made our experience redoing our kitchen a much smoother project.  We did our kitchen plans using the IKEA Kitchen Planer.  We had our new appliances, over the sink light, faucet and garbage disposal sitting in our family room.  We had the counter top, flooring and paint picked out.  When the IKEA cabinets were delivered, we separated it into piles of like items (cabinet frames, doors, shelves, drawers etc) as Chuck requested.  This made the assembly process much easier.
We also used the electrical and plumbing companies that INEX has been using for years. Both of them are separate companies, but INEX coordinates them with the job schedule.  Said Javid  was our foreman - he was outstanding to work with.  We found Siad and his crew very professional.  Both the plumber and the electrician are licensed.  We had our kitchen completely rewired and had to have a gas line brought into the kitchen - we wanted it done right.
I feel that the day I stumbled upon INEX, was a lucky day for us.  I had talked to four other companies before INEX.  Each one of them gave me an uneasy feeling about something.  But, with INEX, I got a "warm fuzzy " feeling.  When we got an estimate from Chuck, we questioned the wording in a few areas - he was open to discussing my questions.  Everything was easily resolved.  I really liked the prior to start of the job meeting with Chuck, job foreman, the electrician and plumber.  You get to meet all the key people, and go over the contract (the plumber and electrician are separate estimates).  This makes sure everyone has the same understanding of the scope and schedule of the job.
Our job took just a little over one month from start to finish.  Some of this time was because we also had new laminate flooring and granite counter tops installed.  Some of the plumbing couldn't be completed until the counter top was installed.  The gas line couldn't be inspected until the flooring was done (anti tip bracket for the new gas range is part of that inspection).  Considering we were working with five companies, everything went smoothly.  The quick turnaround on the counter tops surprised everyone.  The final measurement was done one afternoon and the installed it late the following afternoon! The counter top company was also the best price we found.  The counter tops were installed by Top Granite located in Crofton, MD. 
The first day we met Chuck, he told me that part of his job was to make our kitchen remodel as painless as possible - he was right.  He lived up to that bold statement.  I feel that the estimates we received were reasonable and accurate.  They were not the cheapest - for a reason - they do quality work.  It is done right the first time.  I hate saving 20% on a job, only to have someone come in and do it over again, fixing problems.  We did find one drawer front that was not level - the first thing the INEX crew said - "we will take care of that at our expense".  There was no hesitation in standing behind the the work they do.
I took before, during (every stage of the project) and after that I can share.

We were absolutely thrilled with INEX's work.  We have the benefit of seeing how it held up over time (about 2 years now) and can report with confidence that the quality of the work is top notch.  They were incredibly responsive and quick during the time the work was being done but the speed of the work didn't affect the quality.  In fact, Chuck's project manager Said would suggest ideas that were way better than those we thought of and we very much appreciated the experience the team brought with them.  I can't recommend INEX more highly!  We're definitely using them for all of our in-home projects!

Dermot was a pleasure to work with. I chose not to use the Ikea countertops and laminate flooring that Chuck originally included in his estimate, and he was very amenable to adjusting his package price to reflect this.

I thought I was hiring professionals, but they were amateurs. They just sent a handyman to do the work. I wasn't too happy with the appearance of the work. The price was very good.

They were really great! They were accessible and reliable!

It turned out fine and I have no qualms about recommending them to anybody. They were on time and on budget. They cleaned up after themselves and were very nice. I’ve had no complaints and they were very fast. Their cleanup was fine. I got something like 3 or 4 quotes and they weren’t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive. Their assessment of what it would cost was more or less on time with my assessment of what I thought it would cost.

Everything went very well.  The bathroom came out beautifully, and we were very happy with their work.  They were very responsive, and the work they did was very good.

The person who did the work was prompt, super friendly, and provided great customer service. Everything was good and there was nothing that did not go well.

From the minute I met Chuck from Inex I knew we'd get along. He was very easy to work with and gave us fair advice. He andDermot McDermott came to my house for the initial consultation and shortly after, gave us an estimate, draft layout, and list of itmes we would need to compelte the job. They made it very easy to complete the remodel and everything was finished in the amount of time they said it would. Dermot did the work - and was a real pleasure to work with. I enjoyed their company as well as the fantastic job they did on my kitchen. It looks so different!

It went excellently! First of all, owner Chuck (Inex owner) worked closely with us on our needs and pricing. He was full of ideas on keeping the costs in line and never attempted to upsell or pressure us. He provided detailed, patient explanations of everything we would need and that Inex would do for us. He also worked with us to line up sub-contractors such as a plumber and an electrician. Chuck advised us of some things we might expect once the demolition stripped our bathroom down to the studs that could complicate their job. The man knows what he is talking about. The work was performed by craftsman Dermot McDermott. He did the demolition, and then worked with the problems he found beneath; such as non-leveled walls and a lack of flooring--which the original builders blessed us with. Dermot did an excellent job of putting in the tub, and retiling both the walls and the floors. He is a master craftsman, lining up the lines of the floor tiles with those of the wall tiles; and dealing with uneven/slanted walls. Dermot was very tidy; always cleaning up at the end of the day so that we had our house back for the evening. The finished bathroom looks fabulous thanks to Chuck and Dermot. We are so pleased that we signed a second contract for them to work on the master bathroom. After that, they will help us with the kitchen. As a side note, Inex has already helped us with the kitchen. We had Counter Intelligence come in to replace the counters and backspash. Inex helped with the removal of the backsplash (at a fraction of the price the other organization quoted) and put in drywall for us. They jumped in and helped when we needed it the most. As I stated before; they are great! We got Inex's name from this list. So, this experience has made us big Angie's List fans.
