"Responsiiveâ was able to get an appt the very next day. Agustin was terrific, courteous and extremely helpful in the installation of a new ceiling fan. We thought so highly of him and his work we mentioned to him we have a larger project we are thinking to have done. "I initially hired this company because my radon fan outside of my house was making loud noises. I wanted someone to help me turn the fan off and needed an electrician. When I called them the receptionist told me she'd check with a technician to see if they could do that type of work before sending someone. She called me back immediately and sent someone to help. In the meantime I was able to find a way to turn the fan off myself. I called to see if I could cancel the service. She was very kind and was able to cancel the technician. I will use this company for future needs. I cannot honestly rate the work quality and value but wouldn't let me submit this review without completing."

"Thomas responded to our request to look over our concerns. We had arranged an appointment and Thomas maintained communication all the way. He arrived on time, which is something we are very particular about. We had consistent issues with the lights flickering no mater how many times I changed the bulbs. Now I'm not a technician or engineer but Thomas explained where the issue was and what needed to be fixed in very simple way for me to understand. All in all everything went smoothly and we haven't had any issues since. Highly recommend for all electrical issues."

"The process took a long time (there were 4 fans that had to come down and 4 new ones to go up) but the job was done very well. A bit pricey, but that's the market. We'll definitely use them again."
