I had a particularly difficult lock that needed opening (an ultra secure bike lock for which I had lost the keys). Mike managed to get it open and always maintained a positive and friendly attitude, where frankly many would have given up. The work was top notch and the pricing was more than fair given the effort he put in to get through the lock. I can fully recommend this service.

$169 for five (5) minutes of work seemed high to me. What was needed to remove the final portion of door-lock and handle assembly required the expertise and proper tool that I didn't have, and it was only about 5 minutes of work.

Mike showed up the next day as I requested. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the lock properly. As a bonus he also rekeyed another lock in the house. I was very happy with his professional and prompt response. I will certainly rehire him again.
