"Innovative Home Improvement is hands down the best contractor I've hired. They are professional, courteous, and hard working. I asked four different contractors to submit quotes for the job and Paul came back with a price at or below the others, but quoted premium insulated vinyl siding where as the others quoted regular siding. Paul's team, Mr. Jung and Alex are tireless workers, even working weekends when weather took the weekdays away. The previous owners had new siding put on as a part of "flipping" the house 5 years ago. However, the contractors they hired did not repair the rotted out, molded, and left holes everywhere. They also failed to add house wrap, which created an even more hazardous living condition for my family. Paul's team used over 70 pieces of plywood to fix the house and never once complained about the extra work. They made sure things were done right for us. 10 stars for Innovative! "The customer service before the installation was outstanding - very attentive to detail, product knowledge was exceptional, and no high pressure sales.  Max went out of his way to bring full size samples of the siding to ensure that we were pleased with the quality and colors.  We felt like we were provide the best price initially - no back and forth negotiations were needed.  During and after the installation, the customer service and responsiveness remained outstanding.  The crew were professional, pleasant and did an excellent job. The few corrections that were needed were handled immediately and professionally.   We are complete satisfied with our purchase and would definitely do business with Fox Creek again and recommend them to others.

"I hired Innovative Home Improvements to replace the cedar siding on my home with vinyl siding. They removed all existing siding, replaced rotted wood, installed Alside Prodigy siding, removed and replaced soffits and gutters, and capped the entire house. They also did some custom work for me in places that required special attention to ensure there was no stone unturned before leaving. My experience working with Paul, Mr. Jung, and Alex was awesome. Regardless of the challenge, they were always transparent, attentive, pleasant and patient with explaining the issue and recommending solutions. Their workmanship is exceptional and I always felt they were treating my home as it if it were their own during the process. The project was done at a reasonable price point, and now that the project is complete, I'm truly comfortable I trusted the right company to take on my siding job. "After having a little problem with the contract, Heather managed to get the problems straightened out. Correct dates and materials were corrected.The crew showed up on time but then had to go get additional materials to start the job.. No project manager was on sight until latter in the afternoon..The five crew members started the job . I made a few suggestions on how I wanted the job to be done and they were very agreeable..The crew was very precise in their work..The job was to put vinyl siding on chimney to match existing siding on the house…This group of five workers did a WONDERFUL JOB…I couldn’t be happier with the work that they provided…The cleanup afterwards was like they were never there…PERFECT ….Andy the project manager did show up and was helpful,,but really didn’t stay very long…Thank you …to Heather for all she did to make this jod less stressful..Very,,Very… Pleased with the outcome of this job….And yes….i would recommend this company and this CREW for any siding job."

"I cannot state how happy I am with the work done by Presidential Exteriors. After not having any luck getting other contractors to do the work I needed done, I became aware of Presidential Exteriors when they completed a siding project at a neighbor’s home. After looking at their reviews online and checking out their website, I contacted them online for a consultation. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them within 24 hours, and to have a remodeling consultant (Kirill) at my home within a couple of days. Everyone was great to work with, listening to my wants/needs, and helping me with advice on a unique roof drainage issue. The team was also patient with me as I changed my mind a few times. Once the work started, I was even more impressed with them. All of the crews were great to deal with—very polite, courteous, and professional. They kept the workplace clean and kept me informed throughout the project. I try to stay actively involved, and everyone was more than willing to answer my questions and make sure I was happy. The project manager (Ryan) was great to work with and put up with my many questions, as were the people I dealt with at the main office (Tom and Chris). In the end, I was extremely happy with the work done by the crews. I had four doors and three windows replaced (thanks Matt, Eric, Jose, Mike T, Mike, Adam); and siding/trim replaced by Mr. Lee (a true artist in his trade) and Roberto; and various other construction repairs/drywall & painting by Juan and Jorge. I thank each of them and hope that I did not forget anyone. Also, a thank you to Jennifer at the main office who kept things going on the back end. "Absolutely fantastic!  Home Matters Remodel is most exceptional.  They are a very professional and serious company (most definitely not cowboys! Yay!), caring and interested.  The contractor  took the time to explain issues that could arise, particularly with respect to replacing aluminum siding over asbestos, and worked out estimates to include worst case scenarios ? both of which none of the other companies that I have used over the past few years even came close to doing.  They even very kindly set up my rain barrel for me ? a last minute request; it has already been put to the test and is working very well indeed.
IAfter they were gone, I couldn't a single thing left behind, except for the excellent work they did.  
The labor and time everyone at Home Matters Remodel invested was well worth every penny I spent!
Should I need any further work done to the exterior of my home, they will be the first company I contact.
