The staff was not only respectful of my property, they went out of their way everyday for 3 weeks to minimize dust and the inconvenience that remodeling a basement can bring when your washer and dryer are there and your spare bathroom is being remodeled as a problem arises in the main bathroom. They cleaned up their workspace every night to include mopping the floors and steps so that we could use the main bathroomâ s toilet and sink each night so we did not have to go to the basement in the night. The crew works hard and fast barely taking breaks-there is a clear sign of progress each day. They communicate each day at the start and finish and they make great suggestions and ask questions if something does not jive. They were not the cheapest but they offered the most detailed plan and price list of everything in the project. Their price was also very reasonable. Eugen and his team are extremely organized, honest and dedicated to quality work. Eugen was on top of very details in the project was present during all inspections. He did a fantastic job on clearing everything out and even worked around my appliances that I was keeping. He was very helpful on suggesting were I could purchase my cabinets and countertop at reasonable prices. Gus also did whatever I asked and even gave suggestions on some things because this was my first venture on doing anything like this.
