We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. The basement restoral project included plumbing and sink replacement, electrical and lighting efficiency upgrades, framing and drywall replacement, door replacements, flooring replacement, and a few decorative additions to give the space some character. The entire process: scoping, design, coordination, execution, and detailed wrap up was accomplished under a great leader and problem solver with highly credible and expert tradesman. "Glorem has done fantastic job in my basement. The basement was totally unfinished of around 1000sqft. I had around 11 estimates for the job. I had a wide range of prices. They were not the cheapest but they offered the most detailed plan and price list of everything in the project. Their price was also very reasonable. Eugen and his team are extremely organized, honest and dedicated to quality work. Eugen was on top of very details in the project was present during all inspections. He did a fantastic job on clearing everything out and even worked around my appliances that I was keeping. He was very helpful on suggesting were I could purchase my cabinets and countertop at reasonable prices. Gus also did whatever I asked and even gave suggestions on some things because this was my first venture on doing anything like this. He was very professional and left my house clean, once he was finished for the day. Always on time and communicating which is very important to me. I know who I’ll be calling on my next project!!"
