We cant say enough good things about Q&R. Its a family business and you can really tell the difference. We asked them to design a studio apt for our basement and they delivered a top tier space. Palma mapped out a precise budget and stuck to it. We didnt get any of the usual surprise fees/nickel-and-dime drama that so many contractors pull. Quite the opposite- they went above and beyond with custom cabinetry and a gorgeous shower upgrade. We had some significant delays due to MD county permitting — there were lessons learned all around. And this team went above and beyond to complete the job at warp speed once we had approvals. The team was there every. single. day. knocking out the work. The communication was proactive, accountable and professional. The final design and the experience exceeded all our expectations. It’s absolutely amazing how they transformed a 280 sq foot room into a fully livable apartment. We would work w/Palma and Joe again in a heart beat!

Our project is finished and it is perfect in every way. What a transformation. If I could give them ten stars instead of five, I would do that in a minute. Joe and Pam met with us initially to get our vision for the project. They made some really valuable suggestions, things neither of us had even considered, that brought the whole room together for us. . Their team of workers is the best, easy to work with and they are real artisans. They guided us through the whole process and then performed a miracle in getting all (a kitchen, dining room, bedroom and walk in closet) of this finished in five days…including painting, new flooring, new counters, installation of a flush mount sink with new fixtures, and back splash. We look forward to working with them all again with another project in the fall. For any other future projects, Qualified Remodelers will be the only team we will consider. “Qualified” should really be “Quality” in the business name! From the owner (Joe), and wife (Pam), to the workers, it was such a joy to see and experience individuals who took pride in their work and insured that they had met my expectations. As I shared with both of them, they truly made me feel like family throughout the entire experience. The workers are amazing. Should you do business with them I pray that you get the same ones that I did! I am in love with my kitchen and bathroom set up. I shared my desire and they made it a reality and I am forever thankful to them.

These guys did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen! Joe, the owner and his wife Pam, took their time showing us different samples of quartz, backsplash and the vinyl flooring! The project turned out to be a tremendous success and Henry was very detailed putting all the pieces together! The kitchen looks fantastic now! They also did an amazing job power washing the deck, the concrete patio under the deck and the aluminum siding! They also installed new porch lights! We highly recommend them! All of the guys are wonderful and very easy to deal with!

QR was top notch! They held our hands as much as we needed through the total bathroom renovation, suggesting cabinets, shower fixtures, flooring, etc., etc. The service is so personal and they get to know your taste and needs. Responsive to all texts and calls. The workers were fantastic-methodical, super hard working, responsive and diligent, as well as courteous. My remodeled bathroom is a beautiful gem! My husband said, "I love Pam and Joe!"

Joe & Palma Barone are a very professional contracting team. They helped me with ideas & solutions to the variety of seasonal repairs that my basement needed. QR installed a beautiful new full bathroom (with handicap accessible features) in my basement that exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased from start to finish with the high level of professionalism of the owners and their talented workers, They delivered exactly what they promised on time and within budget and their work was inspected and approved by Baltimore County. The owners (Pam and Joe) were a real pleasure to work with; they provided excellent bathroom design options that enabled me to customize my bathroom to my taste. I was very pleased with the quality of the materials and the high quality of the installation (shower, sink, cabinet, mirror, lights, storage bins, toilet and laminated floors).. The workers did an excellent job of showing up on time every day (mon-sat) and cleaning up daily. I love, love, love my new bathroom. It was worth every penny I spent! Needless to say I would highly recommend QR to others who are looking for a high quality and professional contractor.

Alex and his team were very professional and did a fantastic job always happy to be here, very respectful and extremely clean. A full bath and half bath completely redone was completed in a little over 2 weeks. They left the house cleaner than it was when they started. Bathrooms are beautiful. He was totally vested in this house. They even did a few extras that wasn't in the contract, like installing light fixtures, a fan, mailbox and other suggestions that added to the aesthetics. Joe Barone and his team of workmen did an outstanding job on my bathroom remodel. The old bathroom was an eyesore from top to bottom; from the dilapidated tub and surrounding material, to the pink tile and broken medicine cabinet. I now have a beautiful tile shower, new sink, counter top, light fixtures, vanity, toilet, window, door and floor. Joe kept me informed throughout the remodel and his team (especially Henry!) worked hard every day and finished up ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Qualified Remodelers!
