The basement restoral project included plumbing and sink replacement, electrical and lighting efficiency upgrades, framing and drywall replacement, door replacements, flooring replacement, and a few decorative additions to give the space some character. The entire process: scoping, design, coordination, execution, and detailed wrap up was accomplished under a great leader and problem solver with highly credible and expert tradesman. "Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. They arrived on time every single day and worked very clean and swept up after they were done for the day. They were very professional and respectful to your property. Probably what impressed me the most was the communication between Gary Sr. and Gary Jr. via email/text. The communication was instant. Whether it was to check on the upcoming schedule or any issues, it was communicated and would be resolved instantly. I was able to keep track of all expenses (which is great for your budget) and they would update you along the way with any payments needed. In the end, the basement looks absolutely stunning in every way imaginable and we could not be happier. I would not hesitate to work with them again for any home improvement needs. A+!!"
