I hired Jon and his team to renovate a very tricky basement space and also for moving my kitchen to another room. When he came out for an estimate he took the time to really understand the project and form an estimate and plan. Him and his team did an excellent job and great quality work. He is a very nice guy and I would highly recommend hiring him.

Jon and his team just completed my basement remodel which included digging out the foundation, installing a sump pump as well as all the work to convert it from a dark cave to a bright, beautiful home office and gym. Since the day they started Jon over communicated, made sure I understood every step and patiently answered my endless questions. He was onsite frequently to ensure things went well and made the process significantly less stressful. The end result surpassed all my expectations, I can’t recommend him and his team enough. Everyone from his office manager, to each crew member went above and beyond. Thank you all for a job well done!

Process was smooth even with a difficult setup (old house and the desired location was right above duct work), pipe placement in the basement exceeded expectations and the finished product looks great! Very professional and courteous and worked around my schedule as-needed.

Jon Dewar and team were very helpful and easy to work with. After settling into my first home, I realized it needed several improvements including new basement windows, interior and exterior painting, new appliances and more. Dewar GC helped complete all of this work. I had concerns about the roof and Jon inspected it and even cleaned it off for free. Good workmanship. I recommend!!
