Josh handled all the administrative stuff efficiently, and the on-site technicians were fantastic. The technicians put up scaffolding over our awning in a tricky spot and made sure our solar panels were protected during their work. "Glenoak came out to reinstall a toilet that had been leaking . While there, they noticed a leak from the pressure tank, which needed to be replaced. They went out for the part w/o charging us for that time or travel. Unfortunately, the replacement part didn?t work, and ultimately they had to replace the entire toilet. They fixed a small gas pipe leak near our furnace while there, too.
