Hello everyone. We are a small, local, family run business. We service and repair all gas and pellet fireplaces in the winter and service In ground swimming pools in the summer. Prior to opening the business I was the lead technician at one of the larger outfits. I have almost 20 years experience in the field. I am factory trained and certified, licensed and insured. We carry a large inventory of parts with us for the popular brands in the area. We do not sell units or install them we only service/repair.
"Tim was very professional and knowledgeable on repairing our pellet stove, came when he said he would and took his shoes off at door and covered the area with a blanket where he was working, very friendly to, would recommend to reach out to his business if you need a stove looked at."

"The repair went well but the price was outrageous which included a $50 off coupon. $450 for a simple repair is at least $150 too much. The provider said that their technician was here for over two hours over two days but the actual time that person was actually in the bathroom confirming the cause and then replacing the cartridge was 45 minutes total over both days. So they didn’t have the cartridge in their van, I was told it was not a standard cartridge and so Most of his time was spent calling around to see if a local parts place had it which they didn’t so it had to be ordered (true professionals would know the local suppliers inventory and not charge me time for their own lack of knowledge) and filling out paperwork for me to sign. Get a quote upfront for even the most basic repair."
