After the chimney inspection, Tommy outlined the repairs that needed to be done to make my fireplace usable. He recommended vent-free gas logs rather than burning wood as it would be a safer method to use with this fireplace. He also suggested where to look for the gas logs to get the best price and who to call for installation. He was friendly but very professional. On his second visit, Tommy and co-worker arrived a little early and were already working when I arrived at the house. He installed the damper in a very short period of time. The estimate I was given for the damper work was exactly as stated - no hidden charges. Excellent service and excellent job. I will definitely recommend Classic to my friends!"
