"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

"Wheaton did a completely professional job, from window selection and scheduling to installation and clean-up. They replaced 15 leaky windows (the 1920s original windows, various sizes). I went to the Silver Spring showroom and chose composite frames with external dividers ("lights"), almost the top of the line, for better insulating value and to go with the look of the house. The outside frames are wrapped in white aluminum that looks like wood -- but doesn't need to be painted (even the sills). 
The crew arrived on time and helped move the heavy furniture. They worked fast and they all knew exactly what they were doing. By 5 pm all the new windows were installed and cleaned, the outside was finished and caulked, the floors were vacuumed. They replaced the shades and reinstalled the shade brackets for one window, without being asked. They answered my questions, were polite and considerate. Highly recommend this service. You can feel the difference as soon as you walk into the house, no more drafts. These windows are definitely better than the windows the builder put in the room we added on, as the glass is not as cold to the touch. And they look beautiful inside and out!
