"We had a horrendous situation with a basement floor installation that went wrong leaving our house full of fumes, and a week later we discovered our basement was contaminated by asbestos in the process. "Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired.
